Setting out to evolve breed standards in North America, each of our mares are selectively bred to produce the finest example of their breed, specifically targeting mind, versatility and conformation.
Since the introduction of the Barock Pinto Association of North America (BPANA), we have worked closely with the Netherlands to continue breeding the high quality of horses produced in Europe, over here in Canada. As a director of the board, Kassy emphasises the impressive selection of horses standing in North America, and their resulting offspring.
Alongside our main breeding program, WCF also specialise in private consignment, having a strong track record of placing horses all over Canada and USA, taking the stress out of selling.
Wandering Creek Farms is located at the base of the foothills in west central Alberta. Owned and operated by a husband and wife duo, WCF aims to produce quality Friesian, Barock Pinto and Gyspy Vanner horses suitable for a variety of homes.
